Michelle is a wildlife and pet portrait artist, specialising in highly detailed, realistic watercolour paintings that capture the delicate beauty of the natural world. Her work is inspired by deep appreciation for the quiet elegance of British birds and their intimate connection to water, whether it's the stillness of a lake, the flow of a river, the shifting tides of estuaries or the rugged coasts.

A self -taught artist with a lifelong passion for art which burned in the background for years necessarily taking second place to other life pressures. She was able to bring her painting to the forefront again a few years ago and has gone from strength to strength not only selling her work and accepting commission but also developing her skills as a patient tutor.
